01Can you use our existing training content?
Yes. We can work from learner guides, PowerPoints, PDFs, Word documents, policies, videos and existing assessments. We review your materials and recommend a structure and approach. If your content needs more development, we can help define learning objectives, organise information and create scripts and storyboards.
02Who do you create learning for?
We work with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), training providers, businesses, corporate L&D teams, government and not-for-profit organisations. Projects include learning resources for units of competency and qualifications, short courses, inductions, refresher training and internal workplace learning. Our work spans areas such as first aid, healthcare, construction, transport, maritime and business.
03What can you build, and which tools do you use?
We develop custom eLearning using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, alongside assessments, gamified activities, training videos, animation, interactive 3D models and simulations. We also create guided software and process training. The mix depends on what your learners need to understand, practise and apply.
04Will the course work in our LMS?
We prepare courses for your existing learning management system (LMS), including SCORM packages where required. We confirm the platform, delivery format, device and accessibility requirements during planning, then test the agreed output before handover. Our service focuses on learning design and content development; your organisation provides the LMS.
05Do learners need a VR headset?
Our 360° learning scenarios and immersive assessments can be accessed on computers, tablets and mobile phones without a VR headset. For a VR project, we agree on the required devices and delivery format with you before development.
06How do we get started, and what will it cost?
Book a free demo and tell us about your content, learners, LMS and timing. Costs depend on the amount of content, learning design, interactivity and media required. After reviewing the brief, we recommend an approach and provide a project proposal. We can manage the full project or support part of it, with future updates arranged to suit your needs.
07What will you need from our team?
Start with your learner guides, slides, branding and any supporting materials. We then agree the learning goals, audience and LMS requirements with you. Your trainers or subject matter experts review the proposed design and the completed course at agreed stages.
